What is a marketing audit?

A marketing audit is an independent analysis of a company’s marketing policy. Mostly, the management of an organisation wants to have an audit carried out in order to identify problem areas but also to spot possibilities for the conducted marketing policy. The marketing audit must therefore always be able to answer the question: “What can be optimized in the current marketing approach?”

With the performed research, independent and objective recommendations are made to optimize the marketing policy.
